Description of the application

TaLTaC² is the acronym of "Trattamento Automatico Lessicale e Testuale per l'Analisi del Contenuto di un Corpus" (Italian for "Lexical and Textual Automatic Processing for Corpus and Content Analysis"). TaLTaC² is an application for the analysis of a series of texts (corpus), aimed to describe and interpret the corpus' content and/or some of its characteristics. It is based on what is known as "lexicometric approach", allowing for the direct study of any type of data expressed in natural language: documents, interviews, press reviews, messages.
